Where you and your team stand out is that once an issue is identified you take on an appropriate amount of responsibility to get the issue resolved and you deliver on your commitments. I haven't worked with Sue J. on a sale of any real estate, but she has been very instrumental in helping the senior citizens with their housing needs. She has worked hard promoting Schulyer Crossing Senior Complex and is now working on additional senior housing needs with builders, the town and seniors. If you have any questions the seniors know that Sue J. has time to answer or find out the answer - you can call on her. Sue J. also delivers meals on wheels to myself and other seniors. I'm not sure if you remember me; I own the house at 78 Creamery Drive in New Windsor. I am in the process of relocating, and my relocation company put me in touch with you and an agent from X-Realty (during the first week of May). After meeting with you and the other agent, my wife and I decided that we liked you more than the other agent (so did my six-year old daughter), but we felt that X-Realty's size and strong presence in Rockland county might give us more exposure and lure potential buyers from Rockland. So we went against our instincts and better judgment and went with the other agent. (we've decided to let my daughter make all of our decisions from now on)

Our experience with X-Realty has been a nightmare. The agent we have has put no effort into marketing our house. She has not listened to anything we've said since the day we signed the contract. She does not provide us with any feedback after people have viewed our house. It seems like everything she says is a lie.

I have spoken to my relocation company, and they said that we can cancel the contract with X-Realty at any time. Then we need to start the process over (meet with two real estate agents, select one, etc.). I plan on canceling the contract today (unless they somehow find a reasonable offer in the next two hours).

If you are interested (and you don't hold our poor decision-making against us), I would suggest to the relocation company that you get the contract. I can provide you with more information (offers we've received, etc.) if you are interested.
